Why I Do This Work

I believe every person deserves to feel understood. My passion is helping people make sense of their experiences, discover their strengths, and develop the resilience to live meaningful lives. Witnessing clients reconnect with themselves is one of the greatest privileges of my work.

My Approach

I believe healing begins with understanding. My role isn't to "fix" you, but to help you make sense of your experiences, understand your nervous system, recognize your strengths, and develop the confidence and skills to navigate life's challenges.

One of the greatest joys of my work is helping clients move from understanding to acceptance. From that place, they build resilience, develop practical strategies for navigating life's challenges, and create lives guided by their values rather than their diagnoses or past experiences.
